The second Approval was received; it was also a Master’s Cap petition transferred to Vermont Service Center.

Our office received the first H-1B approval for a case under Master’s Cap, filed with California Service Center and transferred to Vermont Service Center.

Our office received the first H-1B return package for cases not selected in the lottery.

Our office received the first H-1B receipt of the year. The petition is filed under Master’s Cap with California Service Center.
April 12, 2018
USCIS announced the completion of H-1B lottery selection. Total of 190,098 petitions was received for the 65,000 statutory regular cap of 20,000 master’s cap.
