Selected EB-5 Approvals
Since 2018, we observe that the USCIS has changed its EB-5 scrutiny standard on the investment fund transfer pathway, resulting in a blast of RFEs issued. We have successfully conquered all the RFEs so far.
Direct EB-5 Investments
The direct $500,000 EB-5 investment in a restaurant project within a hotel in the TEA was approved in August 2018. The I-526 petition was processed and approved within 10 months without RFE.
The client made the $1 million EB-5 investment in a preschool project in the San Francisco Penisula area and received the straight approval without RFE.
EB-5 Regional Center Cases:
We overcame the RFE and the Notice of Intent to Deny, questioning the pathway of investment fund transfer. This I-526 petition was approved in July 2018.
This I-526 petition is for the EB-5 investment in the real estate project located in Oakland, CA. The petition was approved in January 2018.
For the following cases, we answered the RFEs, all questioning the third-party currency exchange and investment fund transfer pathway, and received USCIS approvals within two months after the responses in June and July 2018.
